Join Axpo Services in Madrid and help protect our digital infrastructure. In this intern role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative international IT team.
What you will do:
- Support vulnerability management: scan systems, follow up on remediation, and assist with patching
- Collaborate on penetration tests and help address findings
- Monitor internet-exposed systems and assist in exposure management
- Participate in security monitoring and incident response efforts
- Contribute to security research and development
- Draft reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in computer science or related field
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Familiarity with security tools and basic scripting (Python, Bash is a plus)
- Knowledge of system/network administration or cloud platforms is a bonus
- Motivated, analytical, and a strong communicator
- Eager to learn and work in a collaborative environment
