Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Electronic Design Engineer to join our Aerospace Platform Electrical Design Centre of Excellence team in Brno. In this role, you'll be creating new High-Speed Digital designs - from requirements analysis to schematic capture and PB layout support.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Everyday 140,000 Honeywell air turbine starters bring to life commercial and military aircraft, industrial and marine equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Proven experience/track record in electronics design at mixed-mode design with high-speed digital design focus and analogue extension.
• Simulations, analyses, and real-time measurements in our laboratories
• Support of PB/A production cycle and related analyses to deliver First Time Right prototype
• Maintenance of entire PBA life cycle together with probable improvements
• Ensuring we are aligned with latest Honeywell’s roadmaps of hardware development, new technologies, or re-usable designs

Qualifications

Key requirements:

• University graduate with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from Microelectronics, Radioelectronics, or related field
• Proven experience in electronics design engineering segment
• Written, verbal and presentation skills that will support your ideas on English level (B2 and above)
• Analytical skills and results oriented, team player
• EU or US citizenship
