Responsibilities:

• As part of your assignment, you will gain detailed insights into the design of forming tools for radial shaft seals.
• Further development and implementation of a measure to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the computer-aided design process.
• Reduction of design time for standard components.

Qualifications:

• Degree program in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of CAD, particularly Siemens NX (currently version 2306)
• Solid programming skills in VBA
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick comprehension
• Commitment, flexibility, and initiative
• Interest in design and construction is desirable
• The thesis must be a mandatory part of your studies, and you are available for a period of at least 5 months, preferably longer (up to 6 months)
