Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize a data strategy for implementing automation in production and digital transformation of product development, considering the FST corporate strategy
• Identify all relevant aspects for the practical implementation of the strategy
• Coordinate with all necessary stakeholders (e.g., IT, Business Development, Business, etc.)
• Develop and align an implementation plan (Playbook) for all relevant aspects
• Implement all possible aspects of the conceptualized data strategy within the scope of the masterthesis
• Consider data ethics & protection, technology scouting, change management, risk management & continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Studies in Data Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on digitalization and automation or similar studies
• Good knowledge of Data management and modelling, statistics and automation & digital transformation
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• The masterthesisis a mandatory part of your studies and you are available for a period of at least 5 months, preferably longer
