As Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern, you operate at the center of ING's Netherlands based Talent, Learning and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging team. The mandate of the team is to ensure we can attract, develop, engage and retain the most talented individuals and help them grow and develop with us. Our job is to unlock our people's potential, across all domains in the Netherlands.
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to come and work with us on the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy for the Netherlands.
The team
We require three interns that will be part of the CoE Talent, Learning and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging in the Netherlands. The interns will be working closely with the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and/or the Unknown Talent Lead. Unknown Talent program is one of the key initiatives in DIB, that helps people with (occupational) disability or a chronic illness to find work within ING.
