R&D Department Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Participate motor and generator development project and product maintenance as mechanical engineer. Be responsible of technical solution. · Participate design review, manufacturability review, DFMEA. · Assist project manager to evaluate and mitigate technical risks. · Be responsible for creating mechanical drawings and technical document. · Assist project manager to hand over project deliverables. Provide technical support to Production Units, Supply Chain Management, and Service.

Qualifications for the role

• BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Over 3+years of mechanical design experience with motor or generators design
• Be familiar with production process of electric machines and key components
• NX/UG, AutoCAD, PDM, MS-Office programs
• Be good at NX/UG, AutoCAD, PDM, MS-Office programs
• Basic English,CET4
• Strong ability to solve the problem.
• Good Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn
