This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
1.Provide technical support to front-end sales with confidence and professionalism in the quotation process. 2.Propose technical solutions for complex enquiries by coordinating with internal functions such as R&D,SCM, production support team, etc. 3.Develop and implement technical training for employees and sales organization in cooperation of marketing. 4.Work in global environment with worldwide customers 5.Coordinate technical clarification during the order hand over procedure 6.Provide product suggestions, technical and experienced inputs to product management team and R&D
Qualifications for the role
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related
- Over 3 years pf experience in machine sales or sales support.
- Be good at communication, full of enthusiasms and like challenging..
- Willing to work with different cultures.
- The one with FEM knowledge and work experience is preferred.
- Fluent English ( oral and written)
- Action oriented, Customer orientation, Capability to work independently
