This Position reports to:
R&D Global Unit Lead
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ABB’s success with technology, software, product, and system development. Each day, you will identify and implement innovative solutions to relevant problems. You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team.
The work model for the role is: onsite. This role is contributing to the Codian Robotics unit in Ede.
Codian Robotics BV is The Leading Innovator for Pick & Place robots. We positioned under B&R, part of the ABB group, a global leader in industrial robotics and automation. At Codian Robotics we develop and manufacture industrial robot mechanics that are sold all over the world. We are a flexible, innovative, ambitious and growing company. Currently we are expanding our R&D team and are looking for an enthusiastic mechanical, mechatronic or robotics engineer who supports us to develop the next generation of parallel kinematic robot mechanics.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Reporting to the Team Lead Engineering, you will join a dynamic R&D team that is responsible for Developing and maintaining our robot mechanics.
