岗位职责
销售辅助与文书处理
- 协助销售团队处理英文合同、订单、发票等日常文书工作,确保流程规范、数据准确;
- 整理客户档案、销售数据及市场信息,定期提交汇总报告;
- 跟进订单执行进度,协调排程、运营、财务等部门完成交付流程。
客户维护与回访
- 定期电话访老客户,收集反馈需求并记录,提升客户满意度;
- 协助处理客户咨询、投诉及售后服务问题,确保及时响应率;
- 维护客户关系数据库,更新客户动态信息。
市场活动支持
- 参与市场活动的策划、筹备与执行(如展会、促销、线上推广等);
- 协助制作活动物料、整理活动数据及效果分析报告;
- 跟进活动后客户转化情况,协助销售团队完成潜在客户挖掘。
备注: 本岗位注重学习与成长,实习生将接受销售流程、客户管理及市场策划的系统培训,表现优异者有机会参与核心项目。
Job Title: Sales Intern

Job Responsibilities
Sales Support and Administrative Tasks
- Assist the sales team in handling daily administrative tasks such as English contracts, orders, invoices, etc., ensuring standardized processes and accurate data.
- Organize customer files, sales data, and market information, and submit regular summary reports.
- Track order execution progress and coordinate with departments such as scheduling, operations, and finance to complete the delivery process.
Customer Maintenance and Follow-up
- Conduct regular phone calls to existing customers to gather feedback and record needs, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues, ensuring timely response rates.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship database with dynamic customer information.
Marketing Event Support
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing events (such as exhibitions, promotions, online promotions, etc.).
- Assist in producing event materials, organizing event data, and preparing effectiveness analysis reports.
- Follow up on customer conversions post-event and assist the sales team in identifying potential customers.
Note: This position emphasizes learning and growth. Interns will receive systematic training in sales processes, customer management, and marketing planning. Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to participate in core projects.
