Your responsibilities
- Independent learning of products, test processes, machines and technologies
- Commissioning of newly installed machines
- Implementation of type integration on new and existing test systems
- Calibration and measurement system analysis of end-of-line modules
- Carrying out functional tests, approvals and quality approvals
- Supervision of production as part of start-up management
- Optimization of testing systems in terms of function, quality and performance
- Transfer of the systems to the local plant
- Training of employees in handling test modules in relation to maintenance and operation
- Support for the plants in analyzes and evaluations when problems arise
- Provision of 2nd level support for our plants worldwide
- Close cooperation with similar organizational units
Your profile
- BSc/MSc degree specializing in automation technology, production technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering
- Experience in mechanical engineering and automation
- Good knowledge of measuring systems
- PC basics (hardware) and dealing with IT, information and communication systems. Word processing, spreadsheet and other programs
- Knowledge of statistical methods for machine and process qualification (QS-Stat, Solara)
- Knowledge of proof of suitability of test processes (measurement system analysis)
- Good team and communication skills
- Analytical, forward-looking thinking coupled with a systematic way of working
- Flair for process-oriented working methods
- Professional dealings with superiors, employees, customers and suppliers
- Independent way of working
- Willingness to travel approx. 20%
