Power Automate & Data Automation Intern

Estée Lauder is on the lookout for talented students like you to join our IT Services team. As an Intern, you'll have the opportunity to support our Third Party Risk Management program with various data-related tasks.

Description
- Develop 360 presentation for each new launch to recap all available Marketing tools for affiliates
- Follow up on all affiliates launch tools (sampling, GWP, POSM)
- Benchmark competitive makeup brand and trends on social media Affiliates marketing coordination
- Daily support for Affiliates (visuals, marketing tools, presentations, etc) Business development
- Consolidate monthly sales performance and distribution rollout by country
- Follow up on stock level
- Support manager in preparing presentations & business meetings (with clients, business partners, distributors, affiliates)
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have a marketing/business background and currently be in their final year of studies. They will demonstrate initiative and work relatively autonomously, without the need to be directed in minute detail every day.
They will be a conscientious team player, enjoy working to deadlines and effectively communicating with people at all levels. Excellent organisational and analytical skills are essential in addition to being proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This role would appeal most to candidates who would enjoy working in a small, friendly office. Fluent in English with some exposure to the beauty, fashion or consumer goods industry will be much appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, testing, and maintenance of Power Automate flows to automate repetitive and manual data entry tasks across various business systems.
- Work closely with team members to analyze current workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and propose enhancements.
- Design automated workflows that integrate Microsoft applications (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in code development and report writing to enhance the program’s quantitative capabilities and automate routine processes.
- Ensure automated workflows operate smoothly by conducting monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
- Document workflows and automation processes to ensure easy maintenance and future improvements.
- Assist in providing training and support for users working with automated workflows.
- Track performance metrics of automated processes to ensure they meet business needs and contribute to productivity enhancements.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting tasks to enhance workflow automation and business insights.
- Provide input on best practices for automation and optimization across business functions.
About you
- Ongoing College/University Studies in Hungary.
- Availability: You're willing to dedicate at least 25 hours per week to the role, and we offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate your schedule.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop automation solutions to improve workflows.
- Attention to detail, with an emphasis on data accuracy and process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently when needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
