Job Requirements
- Running diagnostic tests on vehicles.
- Analyzing diagnostic test results.
- Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow-up.
- Advise the customer on the auto repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote.
- Provide updates to customers as their work in completed.
- Maintain customer records by keeping all files organized.
- Schedule appointments over the phone.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
- Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Aptitude for mathematics and science.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
