TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. -Manage SMB-tier Creator Network partners within specific verticals using a scalable management model to drive partners' LIVE revenue growth. -Leverage multi-level engagement and coaching models—such as email, Discord, webinars, Zoom, and offline events—to manage partnerships effectively. -Use dashboards and data insights to diagnose business performance and identify improvement opportunities for partners. -Coach Creator Network partners on recruiting and incubating new creators, and organizing impactful campaigns. -Guide Creator Network partners in setting up agent management systems, including agent recruitment and training. -Align business goals with partners and coach them to build internal ownership and accountability. -Summarize and showcase best practices for broader application and large-scale amplification.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree - 2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc. - 2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles - Experiences of partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc - Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility. - Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
