TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. -Identify the effective new Creator Network partners business development strategy, including channels, pitching points, approach model, Q/A, etc. -Drive outbound business development by proactively reaching out to potential partners and converting them into Creator Network partners. -Lead inbound business development by effectively following up on leads from various sources and converting them into Creator Network partners. -Oversee the full partner onboarding process, including due diligence, contract execution, and successful integration. -Support newly onboarded partners with guidance and best practices to ensure a successful business launch. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation, qualification, conversion, and partner onboarding workflows. -Refine business development strategies across verticals to drive sustainable growth and future scalability.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree - 2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc. - 2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles - Experiences of partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc - Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility. - Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
