The goal of your project is to increase the speed of the EUV machine in terms of wafers per hour (throughput), which increases value of EUV lithography machines to customers and help resolve the global electronics shortage in the next generation product development. To maximize the throughput the system needs to have a very high availability (>95%) and thus needs to have a high reliability.
One of the challenges is to test both the functionality as well as the reliability both thorough as well as fast. As the machine grows the modules also become more complex and the need for quality increases further. To minimize time and cost tests are executed at various levels, from simulations to full system tests.
With the aid of experienced integrator and other engineering disciplines, you will continue previous work done on the validation and improvements of the existing test framework. This includes work on test benches, python coding, usage of various automated test equipment like scopes, waveform generators, Data packet sniffer tool etc.
