The ASML Global Support Center (GSC) for EUV machines is responsible to service as a 3rd line support to the hundreds EUV machines installed globally. GSC operates 24x7 from 3 different global locations.
the GSC EUV Continuous Improvement team is focusing on supporting and driving our GSC initiatives on improving our ways of working. Our team goal is to reduce the outflux of escalations from first and second line towards 3rd line, through knowledge sharing and increased capabilities of 1st and 2nd line. We focus on creating clear visibility through data analysis and critical dashboards creation. We are optimizing and creating new processes to support the transition of the department from a reactive mode to a more proactive and predictive work.
You will be an active and visible player within our team, working on and supporting data mining activities to ensure the right dashboards are created, automated and shared. Additionally, you will perform project management activities related to data management, optimize and define new processes, automate KPI's, and you will create dashboards from multiple source data.

This is a HBO/bachelor or master apprentice internship for 3 - 5 days per week (3 days on-site), for a minimum of 6 months up to 1 year. The start date is as soon as possible.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
