Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

The 2nd shift position works full time from 2PM-10PM, Monday-Friday.

An example schedule for 2nd shift is below:

  • Monday - 2PM-10PM
  • Tuesday - 2PM-10PM
  • Wednesday - 2PM-10PM
  • Thursday - 2PM-10PM
  • Friday - 2PM-10PM
  • Saturday - OFF
  • Sunday - OFF

Until further notice:

  • Minimum wage $21/hr
  • Additional 2.5% premium for WKD shift and 10% premium for 2nd Shift
  • Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

The Customer Service Representative is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type
  • Communication skills - verbal and written
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
