Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop assembly processes, including process instructions and parametric data for mass production
  • Develop and implement systems to monitor process and tool performance, qualifying equipment and materials as needed
  • Perform process failure analysis and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting product or process performance
  • Establish assembly process strategies to ensure process control and mitigate known issues prior to product launch
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and problem-solving techniques

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, or related field

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and technical engineering software (e.g., SolidWorks, JMP, Minitab)
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Hard Disk Drive assembly process is optional
