Job Description:
End-to-End Shop Management:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of SBS shops, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage Seller Center activities, including SKU creation, marketing promotions, and voucher management.
- Verify pricing, vouchers, and discounts for accuracy.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, flagging expiry management, returns to seller (RTS), inbounding, available to promise (ATP), and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Generate regular inventory reports.
- Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with the Operations Team Leader to address operational challenges and maintain uninterrupted shop execution.
- Proactively identify and report operational concerns.
- Execute warehouse requests to ensure efficient operations.
Customer Support:
- Escalate buyer chat concerns or escalations to the Customer Facing team or Team Leader.
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year of related experience is a plus but, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate of any business course, marketing, computer studies or equivalent.
- Relevant experience, e.g., in e-commerce, customer service, or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Seller Center and other relevant tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
