The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

End-to-End Shop Management:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of SBS shops, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Seller Center activities, including SKU creation, marketing promotions, and voucher management.
  • Verify pricing, vouchers, and discounts for accuracy.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, flagging expiry management, returns to seller (RTS), inbounding, available to promise (ATP), and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Generate regular inventory reports.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team Leader to address operational challenges and maintain uninterrupted shop execution.
  • Proactively identify and report operational concerns.
  • Execute warehouse requests to ensure efficient operations.

Customer Support:

  • Escalate buyer chat concerns or escalations to the Customer Facing team or Team Leader.
  • Handle ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year of related experience is a plus but, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Graduate of any business course, marketing, computer studies or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience, e.g., in e-commerce, customer service, or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Seller Center and other relevant tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
