We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia as an Commissioning HVAC Engineer.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Commissioning Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of HVAC systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and operate efficiently. This role is essential in guaranteeing that HVAC systems are properly installed and functioning to provide optimal performance and energy efficiency.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct commissioning activities for HVAC systems, including inspections, functional tests, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues during the commissioning phase..
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting test results, commissioning activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Provide training and support to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

What makes you successful? Bring your passion and expertise with:

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  • Good written and verbal communication and language skills

Travel requirements: 40-50%

This position involves a combination of office work and on-site work at various project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in different environments and adapt to changing conditions.
