“Group People & Culture” is responsible to lead the cultural transformation of the Group. With the ambition to promote the best place to work, it defines standards and policies impacting the organization and the employees in the life cycle, within the target set by the Strategic Plan and in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement with Trade Unions.

Our Group People & Culture (HR) Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the team.

The internship will allow you to work closely with different teams and thus getting exposed to a variety of activities linked to our Employee Life Cycle.

What you'll be doing

Main activities: 

• Gain firsthand experience in tasks that might include Reward & Benefits, Group Organization and People Analytics, Attraction, Learning & Development and Group Culture
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis (for example with focus on Workforce and Organizational dynamics)
• Support the team in designing & developing strategic HR projects
• Perform ad-hoc tasks in line with strategic priorities
• Actively contribute to the organization of events

The internship is open to students enrolled in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs and is a 6-month-full time experience in our Headquarter in Milan - Gae Aulenti Towers. 

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluency in both English and Italian
• Ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential information
