Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Drive the improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M) and Area(A) Efficiencies including the implementation of Industrial Engineering standards, KPI and enablers
• Estabilsh the Standard Production Management system to optimize Cycle time and Utilization of Production capacity
• Manage the Productivity program (NLoP) to contribute to mid/long term productivity pipeline
• Support Automation and AI conceptualization, business justification and implementation
• Enable Operation Excellence in shopfloor management systematic

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering or other relevant course
• Open to graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
• Strong systemic thinking to problem-solving
• Detailed-oriented in analysing and identifying improvement lever and potentials
• Desire to continuously seek improvement to achieve benchmark performance and beyond
• Collaborative approach to bring improvement ideas to reality
• Can grasp advanced manufacturing concepts
