Make an Impact

• Research and design best practices for enterprise leadership development including but not limited to C-level assessment, leadership training, executive coaching, and 360 Evaluation
• Partner closely with leading think tanks and consulting firms to develop internal frameworks and initiatives
• Conduct surveys, and focus groups and collect market data for talent analytics
• Organise and host leadership networking events and workshops

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
• Experience in talent management, consulting, or organisational development
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability in conceptualization
• Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving, along with cognitive agility
• Confidence and effectiveness in relationship building and stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders
