POSITION SUMMARY:

As FP&A Analyst, you will be directly reporting to FPA Manager and support FP&A ASIA team and, Regional and Global FPA and business counterparts to analyze ASIA performance especially on the system data maintenance and submissions; help standardize, build reports and deliver tasks effectively and efficiently. The work will be carried out within a highly motivated team that will offer support in daily tasks. The work is done in an environment which emphasizes customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, ownership and achieving results

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support ASIA month-end forecasting and budgeting process – with focus on system data maintenance and uploading in local and global systems
  • Assist in gathering forecast inputs and check quality and completeness of forecast submission from departments and regional FPA counterparts 
  • Support regional compliance in forecast promotion with accuracy and in timely manner
  • Maintain and own system data relevant to specific global reporting requirements.
  • Develop and continuously improve processes towards standardization across regions in line of business reporting
  • Act as a liaison between the business and finance teams for owned processes.
  • Maximize available databases and resources to build reports to support financial planning, management reporting and other ad-hoc analyses as required/needed by business partners.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the FPA Manager-Business Partnership to support the FPA team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: University Degree in Finance, preferably CPA
  • Experience and key skills: Minimum 1-year postgraduate experience in FP&A, Audit or Controlling required 
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • System knowledge requirement: Experience with front end analysis and reporting tools is a plus – MS Office (advanced Excel, at least of some advanced functions. Experience with financial planning systems – Hyperion Planning and/or HFM is a plus. 
  • Experience managing and consolidating large data sets to perform structured analysis
  • Ability to adapt with fast-paced environment, previous experience in an international and culturally diverse organization is preferred but not required. 
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • High level of ownership and accountability
