Team Leader, Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, Sales Development Representative . This role will lead the existing SDR team in UK and expand that team further to support the sales executives/account managers in Corporates Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. The Team Leader, Sales Development Representative will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring healthy pipeline build for the commercial teams and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
