We are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to drive and sustain our sales operations for our European Sales Team. In this critical role, you will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution to support the continued growth and success in EMEA
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and a collaborative partner across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to cross-functional teams. If you have a track record of optimizing processes, implementing tools, and supporting rapid revenue growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges.
- Forecasting: Own the sales forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate predictions to inform leadership decisions.
- Sales Systems & Reporting: Oversee Salesforce and the sales tech stack to ensure clarity, accountability, and effective tracking of sales activity.
- Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain dashboards to track key sales performance metrics and focus the team on performance drivers.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor pipeline health and growth to support sales success.
- Quota Management: Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain sales quotas that align with business objectives for individual sellers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on strategies and deliver operational excellence for the European sales team.
Work Experience
What You’ve Done
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field within a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing sales processes, data analysis, and quota setting.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting rapid revenue growth and scaling operational strategies
- Experience partnering with senior sales leadership for GTM growth
- Experience working with Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and related software with expertise with value selling methodologies
