Job Description

Mercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for young and enthusiastic professionals with experience in the area of Autosar Software Integration (Classic & Adaptive) for the State of the Art "Mercedes Benz Operating System" in the area of Automated Driving.

Responsibilities

Senior Program Manager ADAS Integration team

14+ Years of experience in core technical part of Software development and Architecture definition for Classic/Adaptive Autosar and minimum 5 years of line management experience - People, Customer, Suppliers

• Manage the technical team, which is responsible for Autosar Classic/ Adaptive/ third party stack in the AD System HW/Software platform 
• . Software Architecture tool know-how

. . Knowledge of Static & Dynamic Architecture, ECU resource management and handling

• Good knowledge on Classic Autosar & Adaptive stack and methodology and development experience.
• Responsible to lead team of about 20 - 25 engineers.
• Handle customer aspects, create and manage resources and meet the cost, quality of delivery goals.
• Customer relationship and technology understanding as per organization strategy.
• Responsible for career development of the team.
• Dealing with day to day operation of group to ensure knowledge buildup of team members, performance monitoring and feedback
• As part of leadership team, ensure alignment and implement project strategy in line with organization

strategy.

• Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier, management, technical discussions
• Software Architecture responsibility for complete ECU for AD systems
• Stake Holder Management (Global Team, Supplier, Partners, etc.)

Desired Technical Skills

• Must have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of ADAS Functionalities, Autosar software, debugging etc.
• Understanding of AUTOSAR specification/ specification from OEM
• Flash bootloaders, Secure Onboard communication and Crypto and E2E
• Good understanding of multicore microcontrollers like Infineon Aurix & various MCAL
• Strong knowledge in C++, Python, CAPL

Management Skill

• Experience as SW Project Manager for Automotive ECU
• Working knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
• Experience preparing project plans, status reports, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, status reporting counterparts and management, risk identification, change management.
• Understanding of SW development processes and test validation
• Track record of shipping products and managing them through the entire product life cycle
• Good Communication and presentation skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skill including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate and negotiate effectively at all level of managements
• Quality Processes Adherence

Qualifikationen

• Masters or Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering
