Our teams design, develop, verify and release different functions in the software stack, for Level 2, Level 3 Autonomous vehicles. About the role

As a Senior Program Manager you will have the freedom to plan, direct the team and deliver the ADAS software function with the highest Quality, while meeting the timeline commitments. The position involves accountability for the delivery, technical correctness and software quality of the solution delivered by the team. The position demands a strong technical background with good knowledge in end-to-end product development, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. Your team will comprise of 15-20 highly motivated engineers to help the team reach the goal.

Key job responsibilities

Effective collaboration with stakeholders at MBRDI and Mercedes-Benz AG (Germany)

Keeping a complete track of the Release dates and important milestones

Provide Oversight and direction to the team for daily operations to meet the milestones

Consciously create a workplace culture that emphasizes on the Identified mission and vision.

Must take part in technical discussions within Team and with stakeholders, steer the project in the right direction based on experience.

Lead employees to meet the overall organization quality and productivity goals

Manage overall Operational, Budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the team

Work with Human Resources team to recruit, Interview and hire as per the project needs

Lead employees using performance management and development process including goal setting and regular feedback

Skill Requirements

Through Understanding of end to end Electrical and Electronics product development life cycles

Prior experience in SW development, Verification & Validation (unit test, software testing at HIL, vehicle level) in Automotive ECUs

Strong knowledge of Layered architecture in ECU and build process

Prior experience in managing teams, working in a matrix organization setup

Experience with performance management frame works

Experience implementing in Software Quality Management practices supporting embedded system projects, driving continuous improvement in software teams

Exposure to Planning and tracking Tools

Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience

Experience with development and release of DNN, ML algorithms, and associated tools

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

Experience in implementing functional safety requirements in the project as per ISO 26262

Additional Skills (nice to have):

Basic knowledge of German language

Knowledge, experience working with ADAS systems, exposure to appropriate Regulations and Standards for different markets

ISTQB, SAFe certifications

Qualifikationen

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology
