IT Consultant - ServiceNow
Overview:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to lead two key projects: enhancing Service Management for predictable availability and strengthening Incident Management and automating the joiner/leaver process by integrating UKG with ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate ITSM with cross-functional applications to meet SLOs and improve service predictability.
- Strengthen Incident Management processes to reduce downtime and enhance performance.
- Implement UKG-ServiceNow integration to automate joiner/leaver processes.
- Leverage role-based access and automated application delivery to improve employee onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, automation, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of role-based access and workflow automation.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow-UKG integrations is a plus.
