Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to EagleBurgmann customers through the customer service concept, receiving phone calls or emails, understanding the need and following up internally until completion.
- Provide quotations for commercial proposals, which may include spare parts, repair services, and electronic sales portals (Petronect, Ariba, Mercado Eletronico Nimbi, etc.).
- Carry out critical analysis of orders as well as registration of purchase orders.
- Promote interface between external sales and company operations
- Support sales team with administrative sales routines in general.
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or studying Administration, Foreign Trade, Engineering or related course.
- Intermediate English
- Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Sales portals (Petronect, Ariba, Nimbi, Mercado Eletrônico, etc.).
