Job Summary
Mechanical design engineer for fuel cell stack development and plant support.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.The stack design engineer is responsible for the design, development of stack for FCEV power hybridization in CN market. This includes managing interfaces between the BPP components and the stack, ensuring compatibility in terms of mechanical, electrical, and thermal integration
2.Develop & manage naked stack requirement via the system requirement
3.Play a vital role in troubleshoot operational issue
4.Collaboration with purchasing and manufacturing to implement production smoothly
5.Support on defining testing and validation of stack to ensure the performance and robustness
Qualifications
1.Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Electrochemical or equivalent subjects
2.Good English (CET6) in both spoken and written for technical communications
3.In depth knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical design software (Creo, Solidworks, CATIA)
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills
5.Problem solver with analytical aptitude
6.IT: MATLAB / LabView / ANSYS preferred
7.>2 years of experience in automotive Tier-1/2 supplier company
8.Basic project management and team coordination competence
9.BEV or FCEV project experience preferred
10.Stamping / sealing / welding development / application experience preferred
