Responsible for PID design and Process control; Check and approve the supplier’s PID.

- Issue PID for all project by gathering information from relevant engineer;
- Define Design Pressure of all circuit;
- Define deriming procedure of plant;
- Define and size the utilities network (IA, NS);
- Issue piping list;
- Define the major protection loop on the PID;
- Check and approve sub-supplier’s PID;
- Support the site commissioning;
- Support as required, machine specialist and the proposal of machine;
- Attend the review meeting with related professionals (PFD, PID freeze, clients, etc).
- Ensure that projects are all designed in compliance with the expected safety, reliability and performance;
- Coach and support the team members on technical issues when needed;
您是合适的人选么?
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering, chemical mechanic, automation or cryogenic relevant;
- Working experience in ASU process design, process control and commissioning, of which at least 5 years of experience in chemical industrial design and management;
- Wide knowledge of chemical process design, chemical industrial process, instrumentation, control, process machines, metal material and standards, etc.;
- ASU process design and process control experience is appreciated;
- Familiar with PID execution and management;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software, Microstation, Smartplant and Smartsketch, etc. and basic calculation with excel tools;
- Positive, good communication and open-minded individual;
- Good English.
