About this team

The Global Brand Management and Strategy team at lululemon sets the vision for how lululemon will show up around the globe. We’re expert strategists, collaborators, and advocates who partner with Regional, Channel, Creative, and Product teams to set the tone for the lululemon brand around the world.

A day in the life aa Brand Manager on lululemon’s Global Brand Management team, you will be responsible for bringing the lululemon brand to our guests through the development of various foundational initiatives, programs and campaigns. You will inspire, lead and drive forward collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop and execute integrated global brand initiatives that support overall annual + multi-year global brand objectives. This position reports to a Sr. Manager of Global Brand Management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with other members of the Global Brand Management team – including our external brand strategy agency – to drive various Global initiatives forward
  • Acts as primary POC for cross-functional partners; specifically Regions, Channels, Product and Brand Creative
  • Be the quarterback for brand management initiatives you are leading, including calibrating and distilling cross-functional team insights into a holistic point of view that’s best for the brand as a whole
  • Responsible for supporting the creation of brand postures that drive clarity for teams globally, allowing lululemon to show up consistently yet locally relevant, and in ways that are always reflective of our overall brand positioning
  • Support creating briefs for assigned Global initiatives, including partnering with Brand Insights to ensure our work breaks through and is also ‘distinctly lululemon’
  • Advocate for the needs of our Regions and Channels on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare various presentations for SLT that both inspire and drive alignment on foundational brand strategies that will lead us into the future
  • Manage and track global brand objectives and KPIs
  • Manage the budget for all initiatives/global campaigns with support from Brand Specialist, including reconciling actuals against forecast

Responsibilities

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-8+years of experience in retail brand management, strategy, marketing; agency experience is an asset
  • Customer obsessed; natural champion for consumer and guests needs above all else

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - 107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
