Financial Reporting Manager

As a Financial Reporting Manager with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will coordinate the preparation and review of audited statutory financial statements and quarterly board financials, while also assisting the overall global reporting structure with ongoing variance analysis. This role reports directly to Convera’s Global Director of Financial Reporting, in the United States.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing both audited and unaudited financials for both quarterly and annual filings
  • Management of the audit process with local auditors to ensure the timely completion of multiple audits
  • Supervision, coaching, and training local financial reporting accountants
  • Coordination with the global financial reporting with various transfer pricing calculations and recharges on a monthly basis
  • Participate in process improvement projects ensuring effective accounting operations and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations
  • Keep current on new accounting standards and pronouncements for multiple reporting standards

You should apply if you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting 
  • High attention to detail to complete projects and meet deadlines 
  • ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is preferred 
  • Strong understanding and command of IFRS accounting standards and a degree in Business Management/ Finance / Accounting or related 
  • You must also be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and have a good level of English language 
  • 3-4 years of financial reporting experience including preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
