Your role and responsibilities

As a Service Engineer, you will execute service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point while delivering quality and satisfying customer service. In this role you will be responsible for provid-ing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support. The position involves travel, as you will be providing hands-on assistance at customer sites. Responsibilites Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines, Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB, Performs Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance in-dependently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, re-placements etc.), Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and ex-pectation, Maintains a good relationship with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally, Coordinates prepare and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the ap-propriate quality for Service activities, Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative, Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed, Troubleshoots simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future, Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service, Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe prac-tices and incidents.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automation/robotics will be an advantage,
• Strong knowledge of industrial robot and PLC operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces (Robot Studio, Rapid Programming, RobView, PLC programming),
• Knowledge of Robotic applications such as pick and place, Spot and Arc Welding, Packaging, and Paint will be an advantage,
• Advanced level of English skills. Turkish language is a must,
• Customer focus and solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills,
• Open to travel, have a valid driving license.
