Pager Health is searching for an experienced, passionate, enterprise / B2B SaaS Growth Marketing Manager who is looking for a career at a high-growth organization dedicated to changing the way healthcare works!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of and implement/execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth through channels like email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, social media, and ABM campaigns.
  • Support campaign planning and drive execution and optimization to generate and nurture leads across various stages of the sales funnel, working closely with the sales team for alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to create compelling content and offers (e.g., ebooks, webinars, white papers) tailored to target personas and verticals.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales and SDRs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and cost per lead, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support both the development and execution of ABM campaigns, including personalized outreach to high-value target accounts, aligning marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Test and iterate on campaign messaging and tactics, leveraging A/B testing and other performance analyses to improve demand generation efforts continually. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive the generation of qualified leads that convert into opportunities and pipeline, supporting sales revenue goals.
  • Optimize demand generation processes and tools, ensuring efficient lead nurturing, scoring, and handover to sales.
  • Increase marketing-influenced pipeline by consistently executing high-impact campaigns that align with revenue objectives.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create aligned demand generation strategies that resonate with target customers.

Ideal candidate:

  • 3 + years of experience in B2B growth marketing within healthcare/digital health 
  • Proven quality and performance – hands-on success implementing lead-gen campaigns and developing valuable content, including ABM, long-form content, landing pages, sales sheets, sales decks, emails, video scripts, interactive content, etc.
  • Persuasive storyteller skilled at conceptualizing and outlining unique, compelling narratives that can convince someone to buy or learn more
  • Excellent writer & editor eager to roll up your sleeves to draft, edit, and proof for quality, clarity, consistency, and eloquence
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to identify and explore creative solutions to new challenges; be resourceful and able to recruit and cultivate ideas from internal SMEs and customers
  • Proactive problem solver - be able to thrive in uncharted territory, be flexible and open to changing priorities, and be resourceful and collaborative
  • Ferocious attention to detail, with a demonstrated metrics orientation

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
