What you’ll do

• Cross border income payment collection
• Archive bank slips and bank statement
• Daily register payments and VAT invoices in excel files
• Perform Vendor invoice data validation
• Scan and file paper vouchers for AP team
• Support and manage vendor query functional email account
• Review and match Concur original documents
• Support other ad-hoc matters assigned by management

Your qualifications

• Bachelor/Master students with major in Finance, Accounting or Economics related
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and outlook, SAP is a plus
• Ability to work independently with patience and carefulness
• 6 month / 3 days attendance per week
