To strengthen our team in Tire- Izmir, Turkey we are looking for:

Quality Control Engineer (Temporary- 6 months)

(Izmir, Turkey)

Successful candidate will be directly reporting to Quality Manager in the Operations function. This position is a replacement for an employee who will be on maternity leave.

Your Mission

• Establish, apply, and maintain a food safety & quality system in accordance with Puratos Group standards and policies
• Develop a QC principles to the needs of the sites with high quality standards
• Conduct in process quality control checks; identify shortfalls, develop corrective measures, and implement quality control systems
• Identify the root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions
• Collaboratively work with other departments on the related areas such as production, and planning
• Review current blueprints and quality documentation, assure the readiness of the updated documentation
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools & methodologies

What we expect from you

• A bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in quality control, quality engineering or in a similar role
• An interest in food and demonstrable commitment to social responsibility
• A high level of analytical ability to drive the processes
• Strong extensive stakeholder management skill
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Business fluent in English
