Detailed description:
Illumination system design and simulation (familiarity with Light Tools is desirable)
- Display Background Experience mainly to develop Light guide
- Optical system design and simulation
- Photometry and Colorimetry (including measurement techniques & laboratory experience)
- LED technologies and their principles of operation;
- Make illumination Hardware BOM (type of LEDs packaging, flux, color, driving …)
- Capability to select LED type and number to fit to optical specification
- Development of optical/illumination systems for high volume manufacture
- Basic knowledge about mechanical CAD will be a plus, (Catia V5, Pro Engineer)
- Development of automotive products preferably in Instrument cluster, Infotainment,HVAC products
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Supports Optics & Display professional leader for needed tools; material; investment; methodology improvement
- Minimum 5 to 8Years in Automotive products
