About this role:

We're seeking an innovative and strategic leader to step into the role of Head of Sales Data and Analytics within our Global Sales Strategy and Operations team. This critical position will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the sales data and analytics strategy across the organisation, leading and developing a team of diverse data professionals to enable data-driven decisions, optimise sales performance, and drive impactful insights across regions. 

As a key member of the Global Sales Strategy and Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of all reporting, analytics, and advanced AI solutions for Global Sales at JET. This will require adept stakeholder management, proficient project management, and effortless communication and collaboration abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly evolving organisation and leave a lasting mark on Just Eat Takeaway’s business. 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Drive the development and implementation of a unified sales data and AI strategy that supports global sales objectives and revenue growth;
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled BI professionals, analysts and data scientists;
• Enhance sales data and reporting by providing accurate insights and analysis to inform decision-making at all levels of the organisation;
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and advanced analytics methodologies to improve sales operations and drive business impact. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative AI solutions into JET’s sales processes;
• Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other cross-functional departments stakeholders to align data initiatives with broader business goals;
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proactive approach to driving change management.

What will you bring to the table?

• Prior experience at an e-commerce, fintech company, or consultancy firm is preferred;
• Proven expertise in data strategy development and presenting analyses to Executive Leadership in a fast-paced, global environment;
• Demonstrated ability in managing, mentoring, and developing teams fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture;
• Strong background in AI tooling, machine learning models, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in sales processes and data strategies;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, data-driven, and logical mindset;
• Fluent in English language skills (written & spoken).
