What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Application Developer to join our team. As a junior Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based custom applications for our organization. You will provide technical support for developed applications and ensure their seamless integration with other front-end applications, networks, and databases.

• Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications.
• Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.
• Analyze requirements and maintain, test, and integrate application components.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving application-related issues.
• Build productive internal and external working relationships.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 0-3 years of experience in IT
• Working within the application development area is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
• AB Suite knowledge is good to have but not required.
• Willingness to learn various programming languages eg. .NET and/or C#
• High-level understanding of web-based application development.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
