HDR is looking for a Substation Engineering Manager focusing on Substation Physical design to join our growing North Carolina Power Delivery team. They will be expected to execute and manage all aspects of substation physical design projects. This will include project team development and assignments, technical project leadership, quality control, commercial project management, and management of client relationships. This individual will be expected to establish strong client relationships in the region and must have an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business objectives to determine the most effective execution strategies. They will need to build local teams and/or leverage existing staff across the company to execute work and deliver world class services to our clients.
