Job Description:

In this role, you should apply CAD engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems:

Works with foundry Process Design Kits – installation and testing.

CAD utilities development and maintenance used for NVM custom PDKs setup automation,

• Be responsible for daily CAD support activities.
• CAD utilities development and maintenance used for NVM custom PDKs setup automation,
• Internal tools maintenance used for design and OPS flows automation,
• Be responsible for daily CAD support activities.

Key Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Electrical engineering or Computer Science,
• Good knowledge of CMOS process technology, device physics and processes used in Semiconductor technology,
• Has basic knowledge of UNIX OS and scripting languages: Tcl, Shell, Groovy (optional)
• Familiarity with, at least one OOP language: Python, Java,
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab is a plus,
• Good English language skills,
• Ability to research and study technical documentation.
