Job Description
NI Services Engineering team is looking for passionate young specialists who want to take their first steps in an engineering company and gain hands-on experience in post-sales services development and delivery by contributing to the service engineering function. The intern will support the development, validation, and optimization of our post-sales services, and produce the necessary instructional materials for customer-facing training courses.
This opportunity will help you improve your communication skills, experience with NI's platform, and understanding of customer workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and validation of post-sales services, ensuring they align with NI's standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate on initiatives to streamline service design, validation, and delivery processes, contributing to efficiency improvements.
- Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and other relevant documentation to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Work with internal teams to understand the product and content requirements.
- Create learning materials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
