業務内容

Workforce Developme Training Engineerは、すべての部門と協力して、サイトゴールを満たすために、タイムリーで効果的なトレーニングプログラム、リソースやソリューションを開発します。

このポジションでは、各部門のトレーニング代表者とのコミュニケーションを確立し、現在および将来のトレーニングの必要性を判断、分析することが含まれる。

また、様々な分野の専門家と協力して、エンジニア、テクニシャン、オペレーターの技術トレーニングを支援するための教材を設計・準備し、必要に応じて、講師をすることも求められる。それらの提供した、トレーニングの効果や進捗をモニターし、各部門のエンジニアと一緒に既存のトレーニングを評価し、改善することも求められる。

また、マイクロンのグローバル組織全体のチームメンバーと協力することも求められます。

責任と任務（以下に限定されない）

• 全プロダクションチームメンバーが個人、Departmentで求められている重要事項を満たせるようトレーニ ングソリューション（解決策）を実行し、トレーニング管理を行う。
• トレーニングのプラン作成、調整、展開及び実施状況と効果のモニタリング。
• チームメンバーの技術的なスキルを向上させるために、適切なトレーニングリソース、方法、プログラムを推奨する。
• 教室、バーチャル、他のトレーニング方法を用いて、効果的なトレーニングを提供・促進する。
• テクニカルコースを提供するために必要な知識を持った、対象分野の専門家と協力する。
• エリアのトレーニング代表者と協力して、トレーニングソリューション（解決策）の開発と展開を行う。
• グローバルネットワークチームと協力し、FETA(Front End Technical Academy）のトレーニングの提案、作成と更新を行う。
• トレーニングの必要性および必要条件を認識しながら、トレーニングプログラムの継続的改善を目指し、顧客および参加者の意見を収集、フィードバックを行う。
• トレーニングのクラスを作成、管理するために、Workday Learning、OJTCertのAdminとして、精通する。

資格

• 優れた英語のコミュニケーションスキルを有し、英語によるクラストレーニングの提供が可能である。（トレーニングする内容は最初からすべて理解している必要はなし）
• 日本語による仕事上なミュニケーションスキルを有すること。

Fab 15 MFG WD Training Engineer

Job Description

The Fab 15 MFG WD Training Engineer will work with all departments to develop timely and effective training programs and resources and solutions to meet site goals.

This position will include establishing communication with training representatives from each department to judge and analyze current and future training needs.

It also includes working with experts in various disciplines to design and prepare materials to support the technical training of engineers, technicians, and operators. In addition, they will be required to develop and teach training classes on process and quality. hey will also be required to monitor the effectiveness and progress of the training provided and work with engineers in their respective departments to evaluate and improve existing training. They will also be required to collaborate with team members throughout the global Micron organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute training solutions and manage training to ensure that all production team members are able to meet the key requirements of the individual and department.
• Create training plans, coordinate, and deploy and monitor completion status and effectiveness.
• Recommend appropriate training resources, methods, and programs to improve the technical skills of team members.
• Provide and facilitate effective training using classroom, virtual, and other training methods.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts who have the necessary knowledge to deliver technical courses.
• Collaborate with area training representatives to develop and deploy training solutions.
• Work with the Global Network team to propose, create and update FETA (Front End Technical Academy) training.
• Identify training needs and requirements, gather customer and participant input and feedback for continuous improvement of training programs.
• To create and manage training classes, be familiar with Workday Learning and OJTCert as an administrator.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people and facilitate teamwork in diverse groups.
• Open and proactive in providing input, ideas and contributions to colleagues and customers.
• Plays a critical role in area/customer meetings by gathering and presenting useful metrics and data that helps drive decisions and prepare the customer for new initiatives.
• Able to determine the urgency of your job and get it done according to customer needs, priorities, and project timelines.
• Communicates and negotiates effectively with team members, supervisor, and area, department, and site SMEs.
• Excellent English communication skills and able to provide class training in English.(It is not necessary to understand all of the training content from the beginning)
• Intermediate language proficiency in Japanese

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field or equivalent experience.
