Your responsibilities
Join Philippe's team as a Territory Manager for the region Antwerpen,Oost en West Vlaanderen and actively contribute to the sales development of our product ranges dedicated to urology and gynecology.
Your tasks will be:
- Responsible for the introduction and the sale of professional goods and/or specialised services within the surgical department and more specific in the Urology domain for the region Antwerpen,Oost en West Vlaanderen
- Managing good customers' relationship and conduct sales actions.
- Analyses the customer’s needs, possibly in cooperation with internal technical experts, and proposes the correct technical solutions.
- Draws up technical offers and negotiates solutions customised to the customer.
- Attend demonstrations, fairs and congresses.
- Plan and follow-up customers visit.
- Responsible for prospecting and the realisation of your commercial targets.
- Manages demo and replacement equipment.
- Creates and does follow-up open repairs
- Provides training in the technical product details.
Your qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convincingly present technical and scientific solutions.
- Proven sales experience in sales, ideally in one of the Health sectors (Medical Devices, Pharma, etc.)
- Ability to analyze, segment, and target key accounts, as well as maintain existing customer loyalty while prospecting for new clients.
- Fluent Dutch / English with good level in French is essential (a test will be conducted to objectively assess your level).
