Ensure the required product quality/ 确保产品质量
Contribute productivity including minimize excess cost / 致力于生产效率的提高，包括不

Areas of Responsibilties 职责范围:
Responsible to realize the design and develop outputs in production, including creating
operation specification, validation and verification of production process, etc. / 负责将产品
设计或优化变更转移至生产过程，并负责验证和确认等相关过程
Analysis defective parts and trouble shooting for failures in production line, report and
actions follow up / 负责分析不合格品以及处理和报告
Set up and implement process control /建立过程控制程序
Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on time delivery, as
well. /优化流程以确保产品质量和发货需求
Improve process cability from cost and productivity aspects. / 从成本和生产率方面提高工
艺的可操作性
Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable /持续
监控关键参数以确保产品质量稳定

Experience 经验
1. More than 3 years production process engineering experience, with good process trouble shooting &
statistical analysis skill ;
3 年以上工艺工程经验，良好的分析和解决问题能力。
2 Growth mindset, good ownership, teamwork & result driven.
成长性思维，良好的主人翁精神，善于合作以及结果导向 。
3. good written and verbal communication skills in English.
良好的英语读写及沟通能力。
Education 教育
Bachelor degree or above，major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。
