About the Role

The Senior Director, Engagement Management, a key member of the delivery leadership team, leads an organization of Engagement Managers who focus on deploying the portfolio of Workday applications and is accountable for the success of the customers within their project portfolio. This individual collaborates with other teams in Services, Sales, and Partner organization to secure the best experience for our customers and promote understanding of the Launch methodology. Joining efforts with the Sales teams to win new business with new and existing customers is also a key responsibility.

This role reports to the Vice President of Professional Services (APJ).

Key objectives for the role are: team development, customer satisfaction and portfolio deployment health.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in software consulting services
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with experience in running a growing deployment portfolio and preferable in cloud solutions 
  • 4+ years managing a team of resources

Other Qualifications

  • Experience as Executive Sponsor on project deployments
  • 5+ years experience in one or more of the following: HCM, Payroll or Financial Software applications
  • Ability to present complex technology concepts to c-level executives in an understandable way
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
  • Promote a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Effectively collaborate across teams
  • Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects
  • Experience with managing a consulting services P&L
