Introduction

The Expert Services team is Optimizely's secret weapon. As a team, we provide expertise to help our customer to fully leverage the Optimizely platform as well as strategic guidance to help our clients reach their goals, in a clear and efficient way. Our ultimate goal is to deliver that “wow” experience that turns clients into Optimizely evangelists, and customers for life. As a Lead Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for creating better ways to the team to operate and create that experience for our customoers. The Engagement Managers drive Optimizely customers' initial success. The role blends customer delivery along with scaling team processes and creating new ways we should sell. 

Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Engagement Manager , your team is critical to delivery our enterprise level experimentation implementations. You will lead key customers by leveraging your strong communication and relationship building skills to map, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, as well as integrate and coordinate enterprise project plans. You successfully drive the vision of the team, monitor and report on project status, risk and performance for all Optimizely platform implementations. We have an industry leading Partner network that we’ll be working closely with so you will be managing their work to ensure the highest quality in delivery for our customers. Our Engagement Managers are involved with & help drive the P&L on the Services team - including items around forecasting, team bill-ability, & existing customer services sales.

Knowledge and Experience

Prior excellence in delivery of customer services, in a project-management focused role at a technoloogy company.

Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
