Position Summary: The Sales Executive – FIFA World Cup 26 will be responsible for selling premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and premium experiences for FIFA World Cup 26. This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in sports sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role will be focused on converting inbound leads into sales with a mixture of outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Qualify leads and determine customer needs and preferences.

Sales Conversion:

  • Guide potential customers through the sales process, providing detailed information on products and services.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Process:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to close.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring accurate documentation.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs and market conditions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and outbound sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and lead conversion rates.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$45,000 annually
